Plan questions
Can I send the data to my CRM?
Yes, on Professional and Agency plans. Add a webhook URL in Settings and every submission is relayed as JSON with flat, mappable fields (compatible with GoHighLevel and LeadConnector custom fields). Starter includes CSV export.
How is a client counted?
A client counts against your plan once, the first time you email them or copy their form link in a subscription year. Reminders and resends are free, and deleting a client does not return the slot. Limits reset at renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page whenever you like and you will not be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you already paid for; annual plans are not refunded for the unused months.
